Return Policy
At iBelieve Enterprises, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully.
Damages and Issues
• Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Exceptions and Limitations
• Non-returnable items: Digital items, personalized items, and custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded.
• Certain items with hygiene or safety concerns may have additional return limitations. If applicable, this will be noted on the product description.
• Any item not in its original condition or that is returned after 30 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a return.
Exchanges and Refunds
• Refunds: Returns for non-personalized, physical items will be refunded in the form of store credit via an E-Gift Card code.
• Exchanges: If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for store credit.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received.
Return Requirements
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached, if applicable.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• iBelieve Enterprises is not liable for any return packages lost or stolen in transit. Please retain your proof of postage and/or tracking number when sending returns.
